Yes! Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with high-quality, eco-friendly products and tools. Have special requests? We’re happy to accommodate.
How do I book a cleaning?
Contact us directly. We’ll confirm details and get you scheduled.
Can I schedule recurring services?
Absolutely. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly via our Crystal Concierge plans—set it and forget it.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes. Every team member is thoroughly vetted and trained to the Crystal Peach standard.
Do you clean commercial spaces?
We do—offices, boutiques, and retail spaces with tailored solutions for your hours and needs.
How long will my cleaning take?
Timing depends on home size and service type. Most standard cleanings take 2–4 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure system, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
